New debt advice telephone number

Hammersmith & Fulham Citizens Advice Bureau now has a dedicated debt advice line number. The line operates between 10am to 3pm and is for people who would like advice about how to deal with their debts over the phone. We are not able to offer appointments on this line – please call our general enquiry line if you feel you may need a face-face appointment.

The telephone number for our debt advice line is 020 3137 6295. This is for telephone advice only. Please have details of all your debts and any recent letters from creditors to hand when you call.

If you think you need to see someone in person you should call 020 7385 1322.

When you call our lines please do not repeatedly redial the number again and again. Demand for our services is very high. When lines are busy please leave some time between call attempts, as each call can take 15 – 40m minutes before we can speak to someone else. Afternoons are generally less busy.
